Do I need to be present during the service?

Not necessarily, as long as we have access to your vehicle and enough space to work safely. Most clients just leave the keys and we handle the rest.

How long does the service take?

It depends on the service! A mini detail takes about 90 minutes, standard packages run 90 min to 3 hours, and premium services like ceramic coating can take up to 4 hours.

Are there any extra fees?

Only if the tech determines that the vehicle is heavily soiled (pet hair, stains, mold, etc.). We'll always let you know before starting and it will only be a recommendation if truly needed, but it is optional.

Do you charge a deposit?

No deposits! You pay after the service is complete.

What's the difference between packages and individual services?

Individual services let you pick exactly what you need (just interior or just exterior). Packages combine interior + exterior for a better value. Our Full Detail is the most popular choice!
