3. Booking and Scheduling

Appointments

• All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or other approved booking methods
• Appointment times are approximate and may vary based on vehicle condition and service requirements
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments at any time by contacting us
• We appreciate at least 24 hours notice for cancellations when possible
• No-shows or same-day cancellations may affect future booking availability

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing

• Prices are listed on our website and may vary based on vehicle type and condition
• Special pricing and promotions are subject to availability and may expire without notice
• Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled vehicles, excessive pet hair, sand, stains, mold, or other conditions requiring extra labor
• We will always inform you of additional charges before proceeding and request your approval

Payment Terms

• No deposit required - Payment is due after service completion
• We accept credit/debit cards, CashApp, Zelle, and cash
• Payment must be made immediately upon completion of services
• All prices are in USD

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure quality service and safety, customers must:

• Remove all personal items from the vehicle before the appointment
• Provide access to water and electricity if required (or notify us in advance if unavailable)
• Provide sufficient space for our team and equipment to work safely
• Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time
• Notify us of any pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or special conditions
• Secure any pets and ensure a safe working environment for our technicians

6. Liability and Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in providing our services, NP Mobile Detail is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including scratches, dents, paint damage, or mechanical issues
• Damage to excessively worn, cracked, or damaged surfaces, trim, or interior materials
• Items left in the vehicle (customers must remove all valuables and personal belongings)
• Loss or damage to items not properly secured or disclosed
• Results on heavily stained, worn, or damaged upholstery or surfaces (we will do our best but cannot guarantee stain removal)

Service Warranty

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work to resolve any issues.

7. Weather and Service Conditions

• Services may be rescheduled due to rain, extreme weather, or unsafe conditions
• We will notify you as soon as possible if weather-related rescheduling is necessary
• Mobile detailing requires adequate space and suitable conditions to perform quality work
